Products

We use only the best products in our services.

To continue your regimen at home, all salon products used are available for purchase.
Your stylist can assist you in your product selection.

Our products ship within 24 hours Via United Parcel Service.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer 100% money back on returned products, provided they are returned within 30 days and the container is at least 75% full.

  • Store credit will be issued for returns after 30 days.
  • Anything past 60 days is not returnable.
  • Receipts must accompany all returns.
  • Opened makeup items are not returnable.

Cancellations

We understand that things do come up.

All appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
This can be done either in person, via email, or by leaving us a voicemail at 608-833-8454.

We require a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice prior to cancelling, otherwise you will be charged a fee. The fees are 50% of the scheduled service for cancellations made within a 24 hour period. And 100% of the scheduled service for no-showed appointments.

Bridal parties must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a 50% service fee.

Appointments

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

New clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out a new client information sheet.
Every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals, though we regret extension of service may not be possible so as not to delay our next client.

Services

We want you to love your service.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. We will make any reasonable changes free of charge, provided we hear back from you within one week of your original appointment. Charges may apply for complete changes to the original service. We require the appointment be scheduled with the original service provider.
