Preparation
We want your special day to run as smoothly as possible. To ensure that Julia Grace Salon can accommodate your party, please call to reserve your date at least three months in advance. Please bring in a completed bridal contract or stop in to fill one out and set up your party with our Wedding Coordinator.
Your credit card number is required to reserve your party’s appointment. A 72-hour cancellation notice is required for ALL service to avoid 50% service charge. No shows unfortunately forfeit the full-service amount.
To ensure satisfaction, we strongly recommend a trial run for your hair and make up prior your wedding day. Please bring photos of ideas and your head piece to help find that perfect look.
Timeline
3 Months to 1 year before
Schedule your bridal party’s hair, makeup and nail appointments.
3 Weeks before
Have a trial run for your hair and makeup
2 to 3 Weeks before
Have final color/highlight and/or haircut.
Ask your stylist to include a deep condition.
1 to 2 days before
Have you and your bridal party’s nails done.
The day of
In order to stay on schedule for the day, please have your party arrive promptly for appointments. We do not include shampooing with our specialty styles, so please arrive with your hair dry and ready to be styled. Additional updos or makeup applications on the day of may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
In order to ensure accuracy with your appointments all scheduling and schedule changes must be made with our Wedding Coordinator.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT TRAVEL. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AT THE SALON ONLY.
Please allow 72 hours from the inquiry to hear back from us. We offer availability based on when we receive the inquiry
- Our colors and Brazillian Blowout prices will have an additional product charge added at time of check out. These products are scaled and measured accurately.
- Prices vary depending on the stylist talent and demand of their time providing the service, please ask for details when scheduling your appointment. We feel confident in recommending all of our stylists regardless of price.
- Note for booking a haircut: some hair types require additional time, such as thicker, longer, or more textured. In these instances, the haircut must be scheduled for additional time and will be reflected in the haircut price.
- If you would like to have your hair styled with heat tools such as a Flat Iron or Curling Iron, please request this at the time of booking, and we will accommodate your request. An additional charge will be added to the service price.
- Since 2014, Julia Grace has been a Green Circle Salon! We repurpose and recover up to 95% of the resources that were once considered waste, materials such as hair, leftover hair color, foils, color tubes, aerosol cans, paper, and plastics. We do charge a small Eco Fee $2-3, this will reflect on your service. Thank you for your support!!
- We require a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice prior to cancelling, otherwise you will be charged a fee. The fees are 50% of the scheduled service for cancellations made within a 24-hour period. And 100% of the scheduled service for no-show appointments.
