HAIR REMOVAL
Guests using Rentin-A cannot have hair removal services in the areas that product is used. Guests using Accutane or an acid acne or wrinkle product cannot have hair removal services done. Hair should be the length of a grain of rice for all waxing services.
- We require a MINIMUM of 48 hours’ notice for a 2-hour or more appointment, or you will be charged a fee.
- We require a MINIMUM of 24 hours’ notice before a scheduled appointment of 2 hours or less, or you will be charged a fee.
- The fees are 50% of the scheduled service for cancellations made within the 24-hour or the 48-hour period. And 100% of the scheduled service for no-show appointments.
- Since 2014, Julia Grace has been a Green Circle Salon! We repurpose and recover up to 95% of the resources that were once considered waste, materials such as hair, leftover hair color, foils, color tubes, aerosol cans, paper, and plastics. We do charge a small Eco Fee $2-3, this will reflect on your service. Thank you for your support!!
