Human hair wigs and “heat-friendly” synthetic wigs can be styled with tools. We recommend a professional consultation to determine the heat limits of your specific hairpiece.
Many insurance providers cover “cranial prostheses” if hair loss is medically diagnosed. We can provide the necessary documentation for your reimbursement claim.
PLEASE NOTE OUR SERVICE POLICIES:
- We require a MINIMUM of 48 hours’ notice for a 2-hour or more appointment, or you will be charged a fee.
- We require a MINIMUM of 24 hours’ notice before a scheduled appointment of 2 hours or less, or you will be charged a fee.
- The fees are 50% of the scheduled service for cancellations made within the 24-hour or the 48-hour period. And 100% of the scheduled service for no-show appointments.
- $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book a wig, wiglet, or topper consultation. The deposit will be applied to the service fee.
- $25 non-refundable deposit is required for color consultations. The deposit will be applied to the service fee.
